we employ formerly incarcerated people, their loved ones, and others who have been directly impacted by incarceration.

every person is paid above-living wages (min $20 /hr), with 100% covered medical, dental, and life insurance. we offer free loans, offer unlimited paid time off, and share profits equitably across all workers.

we only print on WRAP certified garments from makers both in the u.s. and abroad that are verified to meet environmental and ethical labor standards.

we are actively seeking to become fully regenerative; working towards closed-loop 100% recycled/recyclable processes/materials and domestic production, as well as b-corp status by 2025.
